NeighSayers is the de-facto issue 0 of our project. These pages were made to be printed and put on display at the FanfaireNYC convention for our first promotional run. The story is a prologue to the main narrative being told in the late 1800s and is set to introduce us to the first host of the Famine horseman; Don Tulio.
